1. Windows內建截圖功能支援 Windows 10、11，但圖片文字擷取功能只有支援 Win11，內建截圖功能快捷鍵：Win鍵 + Shift + s。
2. Windows內建截圖功能有 矩形模式、手繪模式、視窗模式、全螢幕模式，可以選擇「矩形模式」來圈選圖片中我們要擷取文字的部份，選取後螢幕右下角會出現提醒視窗，我們點一下這提醒視窗。
3. 接著選擇上方工具列中的「文字動作」功能。
4. 最後選擇「複製所有文字」這樣就可以把我們截圖中的文字複製下來了，完全不用一個字一個字重新打字。
